For those of us who find meditation and/or prayer difficult, you may want to try incorporating saffron into your meditation/prayer practices. Saffron may be purchased as an herb, powder or oil. Saffron tea is a also nice choice. You may want try diffusing saffron oil while meditating. I like to dab saffron oil on my hands, feet, heart and ears before meditating as well. Saffron oil allows for a clear connection to the Divine. I find it minimizes the ‘chatter’ in my mind and helps me feel a true connection to Spirit.
